Who we are

GymOS is a personal workout tracking app. We are based in the Netherlands and subject to GDPR.

What we collect

• Email address — to create and identify your account
• Workout data — exercises, sets, reps, weights, and dates you log
• Goals — personal records and targets you set

We do not collect your name, location, payment details, or any health data beyond what you voluntarily log.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality — storing your workouts and showing your progress. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Where your data is stored

Data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure in the EU. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your rights (GDPR)

• Access — export all your data at any time from the app settings (⚙️)
• Deletion — delete your account and all data from the app settings
• Portability — your export is in standard JSON format
• Correction — edit or delete any workout entry directly in the app

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, all data is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers.
